When I try to change the screen resolution it won't let me move the little bar at all, and it wont let me change the color resoloution at all, and I would like to know how to fix this...I've tryed everything Please help me.

When the supplier installed Windows XP Home on my machine they setup a user as OEM. Is there a way I can change this to my name rather than the OEM.
