Is there a way to hack IE to have tabbed browsing such as Netscape offers?

After installing sp2 for windows xp home, my time zone
switched to "Tijuana" time, and whatever way around it i

When I mouse-over a file, certain details of the file are displayed. How can
I set it to display the attributes that I want, like, file created on,
picture taken on... ?

Everytime I enter a wrong web page addy or one that is not foud, I am
redirected to http://nav.startnow.com/?q=www.(wrong-addy-here).com&e=as 
and the page is something of a search result for the words entered. How to I
set the system to navigate to something like google.com or ...
