It seems that somehow the language on "paint" and a few
other programs on my computer have been changed to show
some sort of kanji ( chinese, japanese, ???)  I don't
know how this happened, but I would like to change it

I have installed Windows XP SP2, it stopped working and gave me errors in

I have a question about the language for the LAPTOP which
has already installed Japanese Language. If the Laptop
that I bought is from Japan, the standard language is in
Japanese Language. Can I change all the Japanese Version

So I've added a drive to my system and wanting:
a) a fresh install of WinXP
b) Win98 as part of a multi boot setup
c) retain my current WinXP installation (which I'm using now)

Putting a specific word file in the startup folder causes it to open every
time I reboot or restart.
Is there a way to :
1) Have the file open only on the first bootup or restart of each day?

I want to change the notification icon of outlook express when you get a
new mail with outlook express ?
Is it possible ?
