It seems that somehow the language on "paint" and a few
other programs on my computer have been changed to show
some sort of kanji ( chinese, japanese, ???)  I don't
know how this happened, but I would like to change it

After I installed the software on XP, first i've got the BIOS, next I've got
system commander GUI, and then I have the text based XP startup menu, how to

I have a program that requires the files cscmd32.ocx and cstext32.ocx. After
I have installed Windows XP SP2, it stopped working and gave me errors in

So I've added a drive to my system and wanting:
a) a fresh install of WinXP
b) Win98 as part of a multi boot setup
c) retain my current WinXP installation (which I'm using now)
