Is it possible to be able to set the PC up so that when I'm at home connected

I recently had a crash of my emachines. We installed
Windows XP Professional instead of using what came with
our computer. Now we can not get the resolution slide bar
to move and the computer is not recognizing our monitor.

Do the powertoys (in particular TweakUI) work in SP2? I see a comment saying
for XP SP1 and 2003 only, it doesn't say whether newer versions will work

When I right click on a program (Start button, All
