How do you make it the default for folders to open up with the tree on the left instead of the blue "Common Tasks" pane. I know you can click the Folders button, but I don't want to have to do that every time.

Folder Options, File Types: Select "File Folder" and click "Advanced" I then have the buttons "New" which is active, and "Edit" and "Remove" which are disabled.
