Is there a process that will allow you to change the "Administrator Password" when you do no know the current password? Other then re-installing, of course! <g>

Once in awhile, an icon or two in my system tray will disappear - even though the process is still running. How can I get the icon back without shutting down the process - then restarting it? One of those icons is usually for the volume controls. Thanks......

My problem with the taskbar is that when I have several programs open, and one program uses several windows, the other programs are hidden or consolidated in some way on the taskbar. Is there a way to change this behavior?

I am new at burning music cd's I have windows Media player 9, I keep reading in posts about finalizing a cd after you finish burning, I have never seen that option, and the cd's work fine in my car and also in my home cd players.
