I would like to change the default setting of "Standby" to "Turn Off
Computer" when shutting down XP Home (I have my pointer set to automatically
go to default options).  Can someone give me some direction on this?

Is there a program, or a way to prevent users from changing their clock
settings. We have time stamp sensitive software and people changing the time
to China or russia.

how does one delete all the names ect that are stored for the auto filling
out forms without having to retype everytime you fill out on the  form.  I
know I have seen the option somewhere but cannot remember where. I am using

BlankDon't know what I did, but I've always used MSN Messenger.  Suddenly, I'm being switched from that to Windows Messenger.  I don't want to use that program.  How can I disable it so it doesn't open.

How can I make XP sp2's cursor default to the "turn off" button instead of
the "stand by" button when I am trying to shut down. When I hit Start...Turn
off Computer the cursor always goes to Stand By. I want it to go to Turn Off.

When saving documents such as Word or WordPerfect, Windows' default location
is My Documents. Can that default location be changed to another folder?

I get this weird and annoying dolphin or bird chirp (?) ~  I do not know
what it is an alert for ~ that is part of the problem ~ I went to the sounds
and audio devices and played all of the assigned sounds and it was not one of

My weak eyes are giving me a fit.  I have tried to darken and enlarge
things on my screen (icons, texts, etc) and this has helped some.  But
my scrollbars on the right side of all windows is so light I can't see
the scrollbar hardly at all.  If I left-click on the little scrolling

I always used the classic theme, but recently decided to try

I have auto updates disabled.  I use a dial up service, and do it manually
every week or so.
Everytime it boots it pops up a window warning that my computer may be at
risk because auto updates are turned off.

I prefer to use my keyboard more than my mouse. Is there a way to darken or
change the dotted outline that fits around each box our button as I tab thru
my pages?
