Ok I've been googling for this answer for a couple of hours and haven't found anything of any help. So here it goes; The autohide of the taskbar on my PC scrolls smoothly when it hides, but when you bring it back up, its not smooth, it just jumps back up. I think

BlankI have some folders set to Read Only and I want to remove this attribute. However, after unchecking the ReadOnly box and selecting "This folder and all Subfolders", the Read Only setting comes back again immediately. Why is it so? What can be done?
