When open Windows Explorer, My Documents automatically
expands.  Is there a way/tweak to prevent this?  Tx.

I have a program that says it needs the .net frame 1.0 or maybe it was
framenet. 1.0  I can't seem to find it for a regular user.  Everything looks
like it is for programmers which I am not!!!!!  Anyone know about this?

Is there anyway to change the countdown time on a scheduled disk check to a
more manageable unit without simply running chkntfs from the command prompt?

Hello,  Everytime I start my computer, Explorer.exe uses my Outlook.pst file
thus locking it up.  Does anyone know a way of disabling or preventing
Explorer from using this file on startup?  I looked in the registery and
msconfig but nothing Ive done has helped.  Thank you.

I've always wished that resolution  in safe mode wasn't degraded to VGA
mode.  Well, I recently upgraded my video drivers and just discovered that
the resolution in safe mode is now 1024 X 768.    I find that quite bizarre.

When I right click on the desktop and go to "new" there is
a list of options I can use, folder, shortcut, text doc,
etc.  My question is, how do I go about removing some of
them?  Any incite would help me greatly.  

I'm running dual monitors in extended mode and I'd like to have a somewhat
independent taskbar on each of them.  I can move the taskbar back and forth
between the 2 monitors, but not stretch it across both or have one on each.

Reformatted HD and clean installed Win XP SP2 from disc.  Everything seems
OK except for Help and Support.  When you click Start/Help and Support, the
Help and Support page pops up (actually loads VERY slowly), but no matter
what topic you pick, the screen then blanks.
