I don't know what I did, but when I click on the Start button, I still have the box that pops up with "My documents, "My Computer", etc. on the right, but it no longer shows the recently used programs on the left.  All it shows are IE, OE and Word at the top.

I get on soundboards on the internet to customize the sounds on my
computer.... but I can't figure out how to download them. I am using XP.
