I'm in a domain environment.  I have two machines that both have the
same GPOs applying against them, so it appears this isn't a GPO issue.

I am having problem with systray. The small arrow within a circle that comes
in system tray to show the inactive icon upon clicking is missing. I have
tried many thing...right click on systray then <customize> then all sort of
combinations of <always show>, <hide when inactive>, ...

How do I set the date to Australian format (dd/mm/yyyy) for the file info
displayed by Windows Explorer.
On my desktop, the date on a particular file is American format (mm/dd/yyyy)
but for the very same file on a networked laptop computer, it is Australian

My Documents thinks it's a music folder, but only when accessed from the
startmenu or desktop. When accessing it through My Computer it is
