I visited my friend's computer today to fit a fax modem and it wanted
the Service pack 2 CD.  It was looking for a file in D:\i386.
Naturally it didn't find it because that folder is on the XP install
CD. My friend didn't have the install disk because like many one man

I installed XP Plus and now the only 2 icons that I have with it that show

After doing a serach with Windows Explorer, I can right click on a
file and see an option near the top of the context menu which says
"Open Folder Containing".
If I take the option then I open a folder which contains the file.

I've just switched over to Firefox as my main browser.  Some sites don't like
it, though, and insist on IE.  Can I set up a link on my desktop that will
open a particular site in IE, even though my default browser is Firefox?

Today I left my computer on and when I got back it had rebooted.  When I
logged back in it said it had recently received an update which required an
automatic restart.  Any ideas what this update was?
