Is there a registry hack that would remove the ability to change the screen
saver timeout? and / or a place I could put the time in the registry where
the users couldn't change the time/timeout. I've got users setting it

Running XP Pro, WAV sounds for E-mail, startup, logoff etc. all system sounds
are not working. All other programs i.e. movies, music etc are fine. All
working as of a couple days ago, no major changes to system. Ideas?
