In the internet explorer even thought I set www.hotmail.com as the home page, when I close and restart the browser, it does not take the settings. any idea what is theproblem.

I have got a IBM thinkpad notebook which does not have a windows key. It makes it really difficult to access the Start Menu and i have to use my mouse everytime.Is it possible to create an equivalent shortcut key for that function in my existing keyboard?

Is there a way to change XP's visual settings to adjust for best performance for all users. For example, if I create a new user I want them to be able to login and their account automatically set to adjust visual settings for best performance. Thanks!!
