I want to rename my windows folder from "WinXPtemp" to simply WinXP.  Is
there an easy way to do this short of reinstalling WinXP?
Background:
I just reinstalled WinXPro.  I elected custom installation,  and when it

I have tried to place a short cut in the startup folder so as to make
sure that PGP-tray is run on startup. However, when I drop the short
cut in the folder I cannot se any change. Furthermore, when I restart
the pc PGP-tray is not initiated.
