Since the invent of 'Windows' I have always had it set so that
double-clicking on a folder opened a new window.
This is the best way for me, but sometimes results in the desktop
becoming cluttered with open windows.

from CD/DVD ROMs. But then problem is then about the games that are
installed. The question is from a company which requires to restrict
its employees from playing any games on the computers during the office

I have two computers, "This" and "That" networked via a Linksys cable
router, both running XP Pro.  Using Acronis True Image I backed up the
C: drive of "This" to the shared documents of "That" computer.  I

Before I upgraded my system to XP SP2, when I clicked a mp3 link or any
media file links I usually prompted a message for me to either download
OR play this file. After the upgrade I don't get the prompt anymore but
Windows Media Player start to play immediately. :mad:

The site you gave me indirectly solved my problem.  I use media player 10
but a solution for a problem with media player 7 solved my problem.
