I'm using Active Desktop to display a web based desktop background (from an
internal web server)
This is basically an html page with the background color set and several
icons. This works OK, and the Windows desktop icons appear with the border

Is there anyway to instruct Windows so that any program/application/whatever
windows doesn't pop on top of the others? Examples:
1. It's very annoying when you're typing something important and the Office
reminders pop on top. Sound and blinking in the Taskbar is more than enough.

How can I set Win Explorer to show me filesizes in MB instead of KB ?

I created a new taskbar toolbar in Windows XP using a folder I created. I
want to be able to display or hide the toolbar as it's needed.
Unfortunately, once I uncheck the toolbar to hide it, it disappears from the
toolbar list, and I have to go back to "New Toolbar..." to re-add it ...

Does anyone know where to put .mssyles files because a Readme told me to put
them in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes but they didn't show up in the appearance
tab of the Display properties.
Any ideas where to put them & how to get them working?

I'm able to setup my startmenu in Classicmode and with small icons:

I have two new Xp Sp2 PC's I need to set up for our network at work and
all of our systems start in the "classic" mode when someone logs in.
However, by default when a new user logs in it starts with the XP look.
