My desktop is WHITE. When I attempt to change it via Control Panel, nothing
happens - still white - BUT when I shut down, I briefly see my changed
desktop before windows closed down.

Whenever I try to run a DOS application the error message come which is as

Would ti be worth my while to build a home server to speed up my 3 computers

    i used a software named "gamexp" which will optimise the system for
