How to turn off LIP?11 May 2006 07:57 GMT1
For a friend of mine, I downloaded the (Vietnamese) LIP (Language

Icons dragged to desktop arrive in a diagonal10 May 2006 16:16 GMT4
When I drag some file to the desktop they arrange themselves in a

I suspect this is getting done deliberately.
How can I change this so the icons arrange themselves in a column?

Setting window colors in the Registry10 May 2006 02:29 GMT3

I've found in the Registry [HKCU\Control Panel\Colors] where the various

TitleText, etc.)
