We have half a dozen public access computers which are a bit vulnerable. 'DeepFreeze' is loaded which restores settings but users can still play. Is it possible to set up a user profile with no icons or start menu and have Internet Explorer run in non-changeable full screen mode.

I don't know why this happened, but my friend told them it's happened to them before so I assume it's a bug in XP's folder setting system. For normal folder, you can choose customize them into "Music Albums" "Photo Albums" "General Documents" and all these different type of ...

When I drag some file to the desktop they arrange themselves in a diagonal (sloping down from the upper left). I suspect this is getting done deliberately. How can I change this so the icons arrange themselves in a column?
