I would like to implement a desktop toolbar that provides the links that our
helpdesk administrators use, i would like the toolbar to appear to all users
of this machine, is their a way of doing so?

I've installed an additional hard drive. I would like to move my existing My
Documents folder (currently on the C drive) to the new drive (D). Are there
any special precautions that I shuld take for this?

Hi, when I go to change the desktop background, the entire menu seems
to be locked.  I can not scroll or choose another desktop background.

Sometime between my installation and unistallation of Iconpackager and
my (mostly) successful attempts to change my icons manually, the icon
associated with  HTML files switched from my Firefox icon back to the
default IE icon. I've tried changing it back via Tools|Folder

I've been trying to figure this out for months.  When you want to customize
the default user profile, I do everything as per normal, ie local in as local
user, customize the things that you need, and then as the admin you copy the
profile to the default user profile.

Hi, I need to know how to remove the shaded boxes below my desktop Icons, for
example, My computer, has a colored "box" around the text.  I want to remove
that, in other words, I just want the text there, not the box around it.

I get a problem about this case.
When I do the installation, the temp file will store in my d:\. Normally, it
will store in C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Installations\.
1. How can I change it back to C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Installations ?

For no reason that I can determine, the commas in all the numbers in the
"Size" column of my Explorer windows are gone.  Just disappeared.  
For example, a file whose size used to appear as "1,234,567" would now
read "1234567."

I have two PCs networked together - both using XP.  On one of them,
something is occupying close to 100% of my CPU.  How can I tell what it is?

just wont copy and paste.... and it sucks so much...
