In the past, if I clicked a broken shortcut then XP would show a small window with a torch icon as it searched for the target. I don't have that any more. How can I get it back?

My Hibernate works. My question is this....When clicking on start>> Turn off computer....I have 3 choices log off, shutdown, restart. Hibernate used to be there. How do I restore this please. Dave Smith

as noted in subject. Under desktop-appearance tab control panel. I can't set the color 2 to make the title bars 2 tone. This is called gradientactivetitle in the registry. Also I can't set the cleartype option either although the cleartype powertool will set it.

I want to DL Tweak UI. I just bought a new laptop -- a Toshiba "Satellite." How do I know if I should DL the regular Tweak UI or the Itanium Tweak UI? The salesman said the laptop makers don't specify anymore what kind of processor they are using.

I've had this installation of XP on this computer for nearly a year. I use the Windows Key + E to bring up Windows Explorer. I used that key sequence a few days ago and it does not bring up Windows Explorer. Instead it calls up Quick Finder. I haven't been able to find any

Is there a way to change the directory files are copied to prior to being burned to optical media? The default is on my C drive, which is getting full, but I have plenty of room on my D drive. Thanks!

When I left click on a folder I get the 'find' (search) command in that directory. Right click has the normal options with 'search' on the top. While trying to fix this I went to: FOLDER OPTIONS, FILE TYPES.
