I want to add files/doc/music folders to the "Send To" tab..How do add things

I want to set georgian as my default language (meaning applications that

Is there any way to change the default "Position" value to "Center" for all
pictures, regardless of their size?  If a picture is larger than the screen,

I know the answer is no, but I'll ask anyway.  Is there a way to restrict
students from deleting files that do not belong to them?  I was hoping to
block the recycle bin or remove the ability to Empty the bin.  Anyone ever do

If I right click on a video file to launch that menu, my screen goes

Hyphens In Text Converted To Long Dashes When Copied To Clipboard, Outlook Express & Word 200304 Jun 2007 16:13 GMT8
I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2.
When I copy text -- in this case chess games, with hyphens -- 0-0 and
0-0-0 -- into the clipboard and then copy into Outlook Express or Word --  
the hyphens get converted into long dashes.
