Is there any way to change the default "Position" value to "Center" for all
pictures, regardless of their size?  If a picture is larger than the screen,

What is the cause of my WinXP Quick Launch toolbar always disappearing?
In Windows XP, whenever the system closes down abnormally, I lose my Quick
Launch bar. Sure, it's easy to get back, but, it takes five or six steps to

i have xp home ed sp2, when ever i click on a new folder ie; from "my
computer" to "c: drive", to program files, for example, windows opens a new
window each time. this goes for my documents, my pictures, downloads. ALL
FOLDERS. it used to open the "new location" in the existing ...

I'd like to eliminate some of the right-click context menu handles for WMP
10.  The ones I want to eliminate are:
   convert audio format
   add to playlist

If I right click on a video file to launch that menu, my screen goes
completely blank for about 1 second before comes back on.  It's as if it has
to load something into memory.  I have 2GB of RAM.  It only happens on
Videos.

When I copy text -- in this case chess games, with hyphens -- 0-0 and
0-0-0 -- into the clipboard and then copy into Outlook Express or Word --  
the hyphens get converted into long dashes.
