My recycle bin shows not empty. When I right click and click empty recycle bin, the message pops up "Are you sure you want to delete Windows?". Yet when I explore the recycle bin, it shows empty. What to do?

I have lots of favorites that includes folders and links. I want them to be sorted. I've tried the right mouse click and see the menu that says it will sort. However, the sorting never happens. Is there another way to get these folders and links to sort?

I am trying to create a new folder in an F: Drive which is a 1GB memory stick. It is giving me an error saying "unable to create folder". I also tried to create the folder in My Documents and then move it to F:, but that did not work either. Any suggesstions?
