All,
Do we have any way to set the app priority using a shortcut, properties,
command line or something else? I need that but the only one way to change
the application priority is to call the Task Manager and change it right

Can someone help me out with this.  Running Windows XP and I set a
desktop wallpaper by opening up an image via IE and doing the right
click and 'Set as Desktop',  What I want to do is have one image setup
for my wallpaper but when I hit ctrl-alt-delete another image comes up

Does anyone know of a website that offers the Vista "Mountains"
wallpaper photo at a higher resolution than 1600x1200?  That is the only
resolution I can find it on the web.  My monitor uses 1680x1050, and the
photo quality is reduced when it's stretched like that.

Typing "conf" in the Command Prompt just says that "conf" is not known.
So, how does "Run" know where to look?
