I have 4 user accounts: me, wife, 2 young kids.  I want to use the IE7
Content Advisor to control the webpages and sites the kids will be restricted
to.  They are young enough not to be able to defeat the Advisor but can type

I have a PC running Windows XP Home SP2, full updated.
   I frequently visit the Most Recent Documents icon on the XP start menu.
It is a quick way to find stuff.

Windows XP sets up special folders (including the favourites folder) for each
user in their area on the home computer.
You can redirect them using Tweak UI. However, Tweak UI gives the following

click IE in the QuickLaunch, you get a second new window in IE.
