I never use CTRL+W to close all windows. I don't ever want to use it. When I press it by mistake it sometimes results in loss of whatever I've been working on, with no warning, and no recovery.

We STILL have some CARDFILE files that don't warrant converting to a different application as the budget is not there and also because they are used so infrequently. (Not my idea to support them, but rather fiddle with them than look for a new job).
