i just bought a copy of this game off ebay, hope it's genuine game as i
isnt acting like it, here is the spec of my pc

In attempting to install AOE III The War Chiefs, I am not able to
successfully complete installation. Here are the steps/outcomes:
1. Insert disk, click Install
2. Install Shield begins, checks OS, etc.

Links LS 2000 ran fine on my old Gateway which originally ran ME and then was
upgraded to XP. But I just had a new XP computer built for me with an AMD
Athlon 64 3800 dual processor, and after installing Links LS 2K, I get a
black screen and an an error message in an endless loop ...

I cant sign in windows live. Game Crashes. When I dont sign in and just play

I am on my third computer to try and get some of my games to play in
vista,they either won't load or if they do they crash with a loud audio noise

i have 2 computers - both connected to 1 router - and my computer does not
directly connect to the internet. People have told me about "Port Forwarding"
but is there any alternative? F.Y.I. im running windows vista home premium
