I have two cd drives,(DVD, and a CD/RW 24x). They both

I have an HP 5200C scanner that had a copier facility
when I was using Windows 98.  I switched to XP and now
the "Wizard" takes over and I can't find a way to use the

i am using an XP professional edition software..the computer had just been restored after everything was erased..everything is working very smoothly, but the problem is that even at the highest possible volume control, the soundis still very low that i have to press my ear ...

All of a sudden XP tells me my drivers for my CD and DVD drive are wrong or corrupt.  The bios recognizes the drives but the device manager has yellow marks aside of the drives.  Up until now, I've had no problems with the drives.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drives ...

The modem driver was installed automatically by drivers
included in Win XP.

Have just installed XP onto my computer and experiencing
