I'm using Windows ME - English edition but would like to
be able to type Thai in E-mail, Word document etc. Is it
possible just to connect a Thai keyboard (not yet bought)
and type it away. If not possible, what can I do?

I installed xp pro fresh install on my machine with an
Intellipoint cordless mouse. When xp installed it loaded
the intellipoint 5.0 drivers which have a problem with the
scroll functions in visual basic. either side to side or
