I have WinXP Home SP1 with the USB update downloaded and installed.  My
problem is that the USB2 ports don't work.  In fact, they upload data at
around .50Mbit/s (when they work at all) compared to the 6.0+Mbit/s I'm

Could someone please help me, my computer wont start up

Have read the help and do not have a recording tab.

my motherboard has infrared on it, i have install the
cable and it shows as working in control panel.
when i put the phone in front of the computer a icon
appears on the taskbar so i know it works.

I've been running a clean install of XP Pro on an Athlon 950 system
for about a year. Upgraded mobo to ASUS A7N8X-X with Athlon XP 2800
chip and 256mb of PC3200 DDR. But when I started it up, I got the
dreaded "ntldr is missing" message. Have tried all the Microsoft KB
