Just when I think I have this prolems solved...days or weeks later it comes back again. :(( When I play a sound file off the computer it occasionally skips. Off the CD, the Win player is also interrupted.

I,ve recently installed an 80GB hard drive as my slave drive.The drive is visible in Disk Management and if I boot up in Safe Mode the drive is seen in "My Computer" but in normal mode I can't see the drive ("My Computer")
