I've got 2 disks in my system, and I would like to create a spanned
volume, i.e the second disk becomes an extension of the first. It
appears that Windows XP´s "dynamic volume" feature requires to be set up
when disks are formatted, i.e this can't be done on the fly.

Express 6 SCSI scanner. On Win 98n, the TWAIN driver worked well but I
