I have SONY DRU500A UCB DVD+_RV and I have been using it

okay, ever since I got my pc, I have never been able to
burn a data cd.  every time I've tried, my computer
simply restarts on me.  it doesn't give me any errors or
warning, it just reboots.  my burners (I've used a few

After reformating my hardrive and installing Windows XP, I
can no longer write data to CD-Rs or CD-RWs (though I can

For some reason, my screen shot function doesn't work.  I thought the way it
was supposed to work is when I press the key labelled Prt Scrn, it was
supposed to copy the active screen, and then I could go to some blank

I have recently purchased an HP 1350, all in one.  I have
a HP pavilion a350n.  When I get to step 3 of the
installation process, at about 17%, it says "fatal error"
