Was hoping to backup everything onto this NEW USB 2.0 120GB WD drive. XP (sp1a) sees it and recognizes it as USB Mass storage device. It also shows up in device manager. It does NOT show up in explorer OR Disk Manager. So I cannot format it or partition it or do anything ...
