I upgrade my HP 6454c from 98 to xp pro and now my modem
doesn't work.  I have downloaded updated drivers and

internal C-disk remaining as FAT32. Am now adding a (200gb)
external HD to use for large files (video etc.).
Given the size of the disk, should I format it as NTFS??
