I am a complete novice with no clue as to how to fix my

Just deleting them all in Device Manager doesn't seem to fix things.

Here is my problem, i have an on board lan card wich is Fast Ethernet VIA PCI 10/100 Mb
I don't want to use it but when i try to remove it, i can't it only gives me the Uninstall and Deactivate options, and when i do the Uninstallation, it won't work because when i reboot my PC ...
