I wondered if I would have to re-install XP if I upgraded my CPU to a
hyper-threading one? If not, is there anything I need to do to access
the virtual processor under xp?

I just finished building a computer with the following components
Aopen AK77 400N Motherboar
1.5 GB PC 3200 Ram (hynix

My keyboard works fine when I first log on but after
about 5 minutes, the enter key, and all the "easy keys"
like th evolume button, Mail button, web/home buton etc.
will not work. PLEASE HELP....

My DVD rom has dissapeared!Looked in system information
and I have found I have problems on both Primary and
secondary IDE controllers."These devices are not present,
not working properly or do not have all the drivers

 Actually, I've just made a new computer, and transfer my old hard disk
into this new computer, but then it can't boot into windows anymore, just
turn into blue screen. This happens everytime I transfer my hard disk into
the new computer, why so?

Does anyone have a good way of forcing all notebook users
on a domain to use a particular power scheme?

I get "NTLDR is missing, press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart..."
when I start my PC. OS is XP home. It was working fine, I
haven't installed any HW or SW.

every time i try to use my system restore it eats into my

I sent an e-mail to Mitsubishi.  The generic WinXP plug in and play monitor
driver for my Mitsubishi 65813 isn't quite sufficient.  It doesn't allow my
TV to display at resolutions higher than 856 x 480 using my DVI to DVI
cable.  The TV is capable of 1920 x 1080 but I'm not sure ...
