I have attempted to install a USB2 PCI card. Loading the
drivers from the supplied CD fails with an error saying
device not configured correctly. I have also downloaded
latest drivers from manufacturers website with same

The instructions for installation say for Windows XP users to contact the operating system's online help and log in as the computer administrator.  Any clues on how to do this?

I opened my systems DVD ROM tray and while it was open accidentally knocked
the tray. The tray doesn't now shut, although there is a clicking noise
inside as it is trying to close .

The Device manager diagnostic tells me that the A: drive
is working  but when I put a disk in the floppy drive and
click on Windows Explorer A:\ I get the message "Insert
