Have just installed XP home worked just fine till now,when I shutdown it keeps booting back up again,have to shut it down by turning the main power switch to turn the computer off and when I start it up again boots to the bios...whats wrong.....

I'm having a problem with a WinXP Professional (german) installation. The USB bus appears to reset itself regularly; the outcome is that the connection to the digital camera is lost, the scanner resets itself (lamp turns off, on again, etc.), and the printer jobs go nuts.
