my six year old Daytek monitor changes the size of the
desktop image arbitrarily. i.e it gets smaller, but
uneven. Why? Is it a hardware age problem? Software? I
have XP.

Just added a second HD as a Slave connected on same ribbon as Master on
Primary.  Bios is set to Auto detect.
I shows in Device Manager but as 76348MB, does not show in My Computer or
Win Explorer.  How do I find it so it can be formated?

I have a toshiba satellite 1110 laptop and I have had
several problems with the found new hardware function in
XP home edition. My wife is also using the same software

My cd opener wont ever close when the computer is on, therefore i cant get any cd's to run on the computer...??? It only closes when the computer shuts down..?

Have microsoft discontinued the sidewinder Game voice ? I was trying to buy
one for my son but they seem a bit scarce, if they are being phased out does
anyone know if there are plans for a replacement product ?

I have the above mentioned adaptor.
I have it installed on a machine running XPp, and it tests
perfectly in the Game Controllers control panel. Even
rumble tests fine.

I have just upgraded my OS from Win 98 to XP
Professional.  After the upgrade, my CD drives do not
appear to be reading and writing above 1X.  When I put a
CD into the drive, it takes about a minute before I see

Hi All,
I'm frustated with my CDRW behaviour. Sometimes it can't
read a CD (which probably common of compatibility prob),
but after that it automatically disappears from device
