I get a message C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SETNOTE.CPL when I try
to get into my Control Panel.

I just upgraded my OS from 98 to XP pro, and my modem does
not work anymore. I have a Creative,blaster V92 serial. I

Greetings,   XP-PRO seem to have a problem loading programs during
boot.  I have heard that during the boot sequence too many programs are
attempting to load too fast and some are missed and not loaded.  The
volume control icon does not appear near the clock with other loaded

I noticed today that my "Remove USB Device" system tray icon is missing.  Is
