Hi
I have just installed this new  mouse.
When surfing the internet I now miss the ability to be
able to click back and forward pages.

working fine in some computer but not in other.  My

I'm running Win XP Home Version 2002 SP 1 with all updates on eMachines
W2686 AMD AthlonXP 2600+ 2.12 Ghz with 512mb RAM. Only DVD/CDROM drive is a
LITE-ON COMBO LTC-4816H.
Problem: several times now I have attempted to copy some files to a new CD-R

History:  I replaced Windows ME with XP (using a non-
internet ps/2 keyboard at time of OS installation).
(The tower was sent to a different location to install
the XP OS).

Hi- Got a tough bug here! After upgrading from Win ME to
WIn XP, whatever CD (I have a CD burner and a DVD reader)
drive is the master of the 2 drives, will not read a CD! I
have tried 4 different drives & a new cable and whatever

I can't format a new 5 1/4 floppy disk in XP. It is
apparently not an option in XP except from a command
prompt and then all I got was a 160KB format. Is it just
not possible?? Can someone please tell me how to format

I have recently purchased more RAM for my system. 512
Works fine, once i place another 512 stick, (PC2700, 512)
which is the same yet a different brand(AzenRAM). Now i'm
using WinXP Pro, which i do beleive supports up to 2GB of

I have an existing Hard Drive that is FAT32. I've
installed a new HD and can I format it as NTFS without
causing myself problems?
The new drive will become my new Boot drive.

I've upgraded a PC from Win98 to XP. I have only one
partition which is FAT32. Can I use convert on this
system disk? Is convert.exe smart enough to convert the

Starting yesterday my PC will, after various lengths of
time, suddenly switch off as if the power supply has been
cut off.It will not restart unless I disconnect the power
lead at the back and then put it back in again.Does the
XP shows CPU speed less than actual in system properties14 Mar 2004 20:04 GMT1
On control panel when looking at System properties the
CPU speed is shown as less that actual ( IBM T20 700
mhz ), what is also strange is that the cpu speed shown
varies - some times as low as 125 mhz upto 697.
