My laptop with windows xp will not let me access any programs or even control panels.....i can not even system restore error says Windows cannot find 'rundl32.exe' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

I've been experiencing this problem as of late, I have a powerspec computer and it jsut reboots it self about every 10 minutes, I've reformated it and updated Norton and the problem still persist, please help me.

With windows 9x you could move a hard drive from one computer to another and not have any problems with the operating system finding the chipset and loading the drivers. With Windows NT, 2000 and XP you end up with a blue screen. Has anybody
