OK.  My sound card has stopped working.  In Sound and
Audio Devices, it recognizes that it is there, however it
says (under audio device): "No audio device."  I have
attmepted troubleshooting a million times, drivers, etc.  

My CD-ROM drive is very random about what it'll read.  Audio, video, games, some work, some don't.  The only thing that it consistantly does not read is blank CDs, which is what I need the most.  (I'm trying to free up space on my hard drive by saving stuff to CDs)  Any ideas ...

I've slaved a hard drive to the master, it shows in device manager as working correctly, but I can not access it through My Computer - any ideas?

I had to repair my XP installation and when all was said and done, my CD and DVD burner are no longer recognized.  They do not show up in the Device Manager.  Motherboard drivers up to date.  Any suggestions?

I am trying to put a new graphics card in my computer but my monitor doesn't
seem to like it very much. When I use the official drivers from ati.com my
monitor isn't setup right I guess it i something with the hz or vertical
lines etc.. it is flickering :-)

In my new computer with Windows XP I can formate 1.44 M disks but not 720 K disks. Is  this a limitation of the system or with the drive. Is there any program that can fix it

since a clean install of my xp pro
rioxio cd creator when reinstalled will not regognize my
cd rom drive,  even with the updates it says f drive not
