My Bios boot up screen does recognize it on my PC but still won't function..

When you change the motherboard out for a new one do you
have to re-install XP all over again?
Old one went out got another one, same brand different

My computer monitor is going into hibernation (green light
to yellow light) within the first 5-10 seconds when I turn

I have two (2) hard drives in my computer they where
working fine then one day only 1 showed up in control
panel, I checked in Admin. Tools,Comp.Management,Storage,
Disk Management, and the disk shows up as a basic disk

I'm having problems at shutdown with Win XP Professional.
The knowledge base suggests replacing hidclass.sys
version 5.1.2600.1106 with version 5.1.2600.32 but I
can't find it anywhere.  Can someone email it to me?
