My secondary hard drive has a bad sector on it. I was going to try to use chkdsk on it, but it does not show up as a volume. XP notes that it is installed, though. Any suggestions?

For some reason my CD Drive stopped working this morning when my mother put in a disk... for some reason i can read the disk and everything, but i can't eject the dang thing! so if anyone can lend me any input e-mail me at Famas_KOC@hotmail.com.. HELP!!!
