My computer refuses to start up. When powered on, the
monitor light flashes (as though it is on but receiving
no signal) and the num lock, caps lock lights flash. The

I am looking for systems requirements date regarding

OK, so I don't seem to be able to get XP to use DMA mode
for my Maxtor HDD. If I select "DMA if available", it's
still using PIO mode. I tried Microsoft manual
toglle/reboot that doesn't work.

My Atapi CD Rom has up and died.  When I tried to load
Roxio EZ CD Creator, it didn't load properly and quit.  I
have not been able to use any of my 3 CD Roms since, saying
that I don't have the proper drivers.  I was able to get a

I installed an external fire wire hard drive and ran it

(me) my modem used com 4 but now you can only select 1 or
2 and neither register the hardware, how do i get come 4

We picked up some super cheap CD's at a local computer show.  But were
having one problem with them.  Data CD's seem to work just fine but when we
make an Audio CD it seems to literally fall apart when played.  Are the
Cheap CD's no god for Audio or is something else wrong?
