I have a wireless mouse and when I stop moving the mouse the light on the reciving end still blinks, also the light on the mose part of it flickers sometimes when I turn it upside down to look at the light inside

I'm running windows XP PRO. I recently bought a Sound
Blaster Live 5.1 sound card because when I reinstalled
Windows XP PRO my built in sound card (integrated with my
Mother Board, a SiS 7018) didn't work anymore.

device manager.  When I reboot my PC (to let Windows
reinstall it) I get sound when the desktop appears, but
after Windows reinstalls my sound card the sound is gone

Can't get any tv stations when run MPEG TV PCI program.
All hardware devices show as ok. Was able to get all cable stations
and had no problems when used with XP Home.  Now using XP Pro
and unsure if this makes a difference.  Have uninstalled/reinstalled

My CD ROM drive doesn't work, it shows up in the post as
there, and in the bios, and it opens and closes, also it
