I completed a reformat and a fresh reinstall of WindowsXP with no changes to the hardware. I reinstalled all applications as before with no Changes. Now Device Manager is showing the Yellow? under Other Devices [failed installation of an SM controller].

Does anyone know how I can add an internal DVD-RW to a system that has a DVD+R and a CD-ROM. I guess is it possible to have 2 slaves and 1 master? Thanks
