Can't connect to web after installing Norton AV

I've a Dell D800 laptop, and after i installed win xp the function
(Fn) keys ain't working, like cd eject and display adjustments...
Can anyone help me out plz?

I have a raid 0 on Windows XP and loaded drivers for a
Maxtor 200 GB external hard drive for back-up.  External

Controller and I am told I have new hardware installed
biy when I check it has ? and I cannot install it from
disc or from web

I may have pressed the wrong key somewhere but I have a
blank screen, the sound is fine, and all the lights on the
monitor are flashing ; the status is amber, but usually
green. Help, what have I done?
